Hello! We are Anne & Rich Selle and together we make up TeamSELLe. What an easy name for you to remember when you think of buying or selling real estate. We started in the real estate business back in the early l980's when things were as challenging as they are now. By living and working through all different types of markets, we can offer you practical advice that may save you a lot of anxiety, time and money! Our business philosophy is simple. We treat each and every client just like we would want to be treated or the way we would treat our family. We do our absolute best to help you achieve whatever real estate goals you have. We won't twist your arm to do anything you don't want to and we'll give you time to think things through so you can make a good decision for you. However this doesn't mean we won't be there every minute for you or that we won't actively guide you through the process & sometimes help you stay focused on your ultimate goal. We think that's part of our job as professionals. The bottom line is, "you are the boss" , but we'll try to the the best employees you've ever had.
On a personal level, we've been married for 25 years and have lived in Pueblo West since 1993. We lived & sold real estate in Summit County (Dillon, Breckenridge, Frisco) for 10 years prior to moving here. Anne is originally from Nebraska and Rich from Kansas and we still have a lot of family in those places. We still have the family farm in Kansas and enjoying spending some quality get-away time there when possible. We have a Brittany named Indy who is a wonderful pet and a hunting machine when he has the chance. We have two grown and gone kids. Alison lives in Pueblo West & John lives in Boston.
We love a variety of activities when we have time, such as walking & exercising to try to stay in shape, athletic events, hunting, skiing, & traveling. Rich has a small collection of antique tractors than he enjoys working on and driving in parades, mowing or whatever! We are active in the Pueblo West Chamber of Commerce & attend St Paul the Apostle Church. Anne is active in the Pueblo West Women's League & Rich the P.W. Rotary Club.
