4. Place RE/MAX "For Sale Sign" on property
5. Place electronic lock box on property if OK
6. Advertise as appropriate in local newspapers
7. Insert ad in next edition of RE/MAX Times Newspaper (Takes about 3 wks)
8. Schedule property for office tour (all 3 RE/MAX offices tour together)
9. Place Listing on following websites: puebloareahomes.com;
realtor.com; remax.com, Teamselle.com
10. Visual Tour on puebloareahomes.com; realtor.com; & teamselle.com
11. Prepare Property Information Brochure
12. Install brochure box on sign
13. Directional arrows to lead buyers to property
14. Open Houses as needed
15. Arrange showings for other agents (Jennifer at front desk)
16. Contact you regularly with verbal progress reports
17. Follow-up with agents who show property & pass feedback on to you
18. Pre-qualify potential buyers
19. Present & discuss all offers with you & provide an estimate of $ to you
20. Negotiate offer with other agent
21. Finalize sales contract
22. Confirm all contingencies in sales contract are completed
23. Finalize closing
24. Arrange for referral to agent in area you are moving to if needed
