Hot sales and lack of listings is still the story.  As of March 16 there are 79 houses on the market in Pueblo West.  Year to date 118 have sold which is a pace of 48 per month.  Based on that there is a 1.65 month supply of houses on the market.  The average sales price year to date is $245,300 with a median of $240,000.  Average days on market for sold houses is 81.
