For the period of July 21-October 21, 2021, the average price of sold homes in Pueblo West was $423,156!  That is up 35% from the average sales price for the year of 2020. A couple of factors are low interest rates and buyers coming from other higher priced markets,  bringing their equity & a mental sense that "real estate is really cheap here and we can afford to pay a lot more".   Most good properties have had several quality offers on them & to be successful, buyers used every trick available to win & a higher price was common!
