2nd Qtr 2023 Pueblo West Market Update

The following data pertains to Pueblo West house sales from January 1 to June 30, 2023. In Pueblo West, 341 houses sold in the first half of the year or 57 per month.  There are 157 houses on the market or a 2.7 month supply. The average price of homes sold was $407,000 while the average price of listed homes was $473,000.  The average days on the market for sold homes was 90 days.
