As of the end of the of June, 2022 the real estate market is slowly beginning to show the effects of interest rates increasing to about 5%. Prices are still rising some with the median sales price at the end of the 2nd quarter being at $428,950. Many of these sales were new construction homes, which would have gone under contract several months ago. However sales numbers have started to drop with less sales in the 2nd quarter of 2022 than last year.
