Pueblo West CO Real Estate Market Update

The Pueblo West Real Estate Market remains strong, however sales numbers are down a slightly from the third quarter of 2018.  During the 3rd quarter of 2019, 179 homes sold, compared to 186 during the same period of 2018. Prices continue their upward trend with the median sales price at $277,000 compared to $270,000 in the second quarter of 2019.
