Residential real estate sales numbers continued to improve through the third quarter of 2017
Number of Sales - 588 homes sold as of 9/30/17 compared to 492 in 2016, which is a 20% increase
Prices - The average sales price year to date in 2017 is $233,350 compared to $215,399 in 2016 an 8% increase. 
Days on Market - 81 compared to 89 in 2016
Number of Listings - At the present time there are 91 homes on the market in Pueblo West.  That is up considerably from the 44 listings early in the year, however at a sales rate of 65/month, we only have a 1.4 month supply.  
It's still a great time to sell.  Call me for an upto the minute estimate of your homes current value.  
And Buyers, interest rates are still at all time lows & prices continue to go up.  Get in before you get priced out.
