I'm sure you've heard prices are way up.  You're thinking maybe I should wait to buy until it's a better time.  When will that be????

Average price in    1996 - $113,000
                                    2008  $179,000   (Previous peak)
                                     2016  $216,000
                                     2017  $233,000
In the real estate market there are a few peaks & valleys, but the long term trend is up.  As you can see prices have more than doubled in Pueblo West in the past 20 years.  If you are buying a place to live in and are in it for the long term,  you should buy sooner rather than later.  Buy before you get left behind!
